Umsjónarmaður vinnustofudvalar listamanna/ Art Residency Coordinator

The Creative Centre of Stöðvarfjörður is looking for an employee to fill the position of Art Residency Coordinator for one year.

Qualifications:
-Experience and ability to write professional texts, very good skills in English, both spoken and written. In the workplace English is the dominant language in today's day-to-day operations. Knowledge of Icelandic is an advantage but not a necessity.
-A good eye for photography.
-Knowledge and experience with photo editing in Photoshop and production of content for Wordpress website and Social Media.
-Drivers licence is mandatory for this position.
-Independence in working methods, initiative, diligence, solution-oriented and organized thinking, flexibility and ability to meet unexpected projects and challenges.
-Skills in interpersonal communication.
-Willingness to participate in all tasks in order to ensure that the Center can run successfully.
-Knowledge and interest in culture and arts.
-To be a jack of all trades is an advantage.

-Working hours from 9:00-12:00 og 13:00-16:00 with flexibility
