Assistant to head baker

The job includes working side by side with head baker to ensure that quality standards are kept.

Responsibilities include:
-Scaling doughs.
-Mixing doughs.
-Frying donuts.
-Baking bagels.
-Prepping custards/glazes.
-Ability and knowledge to adapt to new recipes and concepts.

English language skills required.

Work hours:
- Shifts from 00:00 - 08:00 and/or 01:00 - 09:00.
- Five day working day working night shifts.

Wages according to collective agreements in Iceland.
