Open vacancies:
There were 450 new incoming open vacancies in October 2021 or down from 709 new incoming open vacancies in September 2021.
Foreign workers:
There were 278 work permits (all types of work permits) issued in October 2021 up from 225 issued work permits in September 2021. There were 30 foreign service companies registered to Directorate of Labour in October 2021. These foreign service companies employed 139 workers in October 2021.
There were 18 temporary-work agencies registered to Directorate of Labour in October 2021.
These temporary-work agencies hired out 502 workers in October 2021.
The unemployment forecast for November 2021:
It is expected that the unemployment in November 2021 will increase and be between 5,0% and 5,3%.
