There were 2.713 long term unemployed (over 1 year) in May 2022 or down with 374 from April.
Foreign workers:
There were 381 work permits (all types of work permits) issued in May 2022 up from 284 issued work permits in April. There were 32 foreign service companies registered to Directorate of Labour in May 2022. These foreign service companies employed 218 workers in May 2022.
There were 19 temporary-work agencies registered to Directorate of Labour in May 2022.
These temporary-work agencies hired out 567 workers in May 2022.
The unemployment forecast for June 2022:
It is expected that the unemployment in June 2022 will decrease and be between 3,5% and 3,8%.
