Checklist for wage claims:

- Collection letters
- Subpoena
- Copy of a court ruling
- Enforcement petition
- Auction petition
- Filing for bankruptcy proceedings
- Claimant’s share capital in the bankrupt company
Checklist for pension claims:

- List of wage earners for each month
- Pay slips

- Copy of a court ruling

An application for payment from the fund without prior bankruptcy proceedings must also have supporting documents such as letters of debt collection, summons from the Sheriff’s office and summons from the police.

- If and to what extent a claim has been accepted as a privileged claim, detailing the amount of the claim, cost and interest of each claim
- Whether article 10 under Act. No 88/2003 applies to claims
- The name of the claimant who made the request for bankruptcy proceedings
- Information about the estate’s assets
- The bankruptcy administrator’s signature
