The course Perfect CCC is planned for people in search of employment, and the goal is to create a good, modern and professional CV for participants and thus increase their professional competence.
The whole process of applying for a job will be covered. Participants’ definition of their personal strengths will be emphasized and therefore the course will start with a strengths assessment. The results of this work will then be used to create a job application, create a CV, and for an introduction of yourself in a job interview, whether the individual will be present on site or participate in an interview via teleconferencing.
Also, there will be a session about cultural diversity in the workplace and positive communication. Professionals in every field will guide the participants.
The duration of the course is 12 hours and is divided into three or four parts.

Icelandic for beginners and practical information about the labour market
Icelandic course for beginners (A1.1 according to the European Language Framework) with practical information and vocabulary about Icelandic labour market.
The focus is on communication in everyday life and work and practical information (including effective methods in language learning, how to read the payslip, how to fill in an application for grants from a trade union, taxes, rights and obligations in the labor market, social security, pension fund) and vocabulary related to the labour market.
The course is longer than a traditional Icelandic course (58 hours instead of 40).

Information & Cultural skills: navigating digital Iceland + CV (for Enghlish speaking)
Information & cultural skills: navigating digital Iceland+ CV to improve participants skills in using smart devices and digital media on their own smart devices and in that way improve their employability. The course focuses firstly on digital citizenship; teaching of the use of electronic identities and íslykill and how to use them when it comes to Icelandic institutions and companies. Secondly the course will include topics about the Icelandic market, employment rights and duties and everything about good communication at work. The course will be taught in English. Lenght: 27 hours.

Job search from A - Z
In the course all aspects related to the job search, preparation, execution and follow-up are covered.
Participants receive training and guidance on how to conduct the job search, where and how to search for a job, how to make a complete CV, to prepare for job interviews and how to follow up on them and to gain an ability to tackle the job search in an efficient and effective manner.
The course is individualized and contains amongst other things, a private class with a counsellor where a personal and professional counselling is provided. It also covers the main challenges, goal setting, activity, and the way to success.
The course is divided into 4 parts, 2 - 2,5 hours per session, 8 - 10 hours in total.

The course aims to ensure that job seekers have a certain basic knowledge of the basics of job hunting. Emphasis is placed on self-empowerment, self-restraint and motivation to look for a job.

Job search - for young job seekers age 18-29
Assistance in creating a CV, cover letter and the job interview will be reviewed as well as identifying strengths, knowledge and experience. Time management and how to use SMART goals to create an action plan will be covered. Practical advice and individuals pointed out tools that can be useful in the job search.
