Áríðandi tilkynning til einstaklinga sem eru að fara í minnkað starfshlutfall vegna aðstæðna á vinnumarkaði.
Athugið að það er ekki hægt að sækja um minnkað starfshlutfall vegna samdráttar eins og er þar sem frumvarpið er enn til meðferðar á Alþingi og því liggur endanleg útfærsla ekki fyrir. Þrátt fyrir það leggur Vinnumálastofnun nú kapp á að vinna að stafrænni útfærslu fyrir þessa umsókn miðað við frumvarpsdrögin og á meðan á þeirri vinnu stendur er ekki hægt að sækja um minnkað starfshlutfall á vef Vinnumálastofnunar. Við munum senda út tilkynningu þegar umsóknargrunnurinn er tilbúinn og einstaklingar sem fara í minnkað starfshlutfall geta sótt um. Athugið að allar umsóknir munu gilda afturvirkt frá 15. mars.Vinnumálastofnun biður fólk um að sýna biðlund vegna mikils álags og hvetur alla til að fylgjast með tilkynningum á heimasíðu stofnunarinnar.

Important message to individuals who’s employment ratio has been reduced due the current labour market situation.
Please be informed that you are not yet able to apply for a reduced employment ratio due to labour market recession since the parliament hasn't passed the necessary legislation. The Directorate of Labour is currently working on the application’s digital implementation in accordance with how the proposed legislation looks, the application for reduced employment ratio is not yet available on the directorate’s website. We will send out a notification when the application database is ready, and individuals who have had their employment ratio reduced are able to apply. Please note that all applications will made valid from the date from which the reduced employment ratio was arranged, but not earlier than from the 15th of March. The Directorate of Labour requests that patience be shown due to increased workloads and encourages everyone to track announcements on the directorate’s website.

Ważne ogłoszenie dla osób, których etat zatrudnienia zostanie obniżony z powodu aktualnej sytuacji na rynku pracy.
Zwracamy uwagę na to, że na dzień dzisiejszy nie można jeszcze złożyć podania o obniżenie etatu zatrudnienia z powodu recesji, ponieważ wdrożenie ustawy jest nadal w toku w Parlamencie. Mimo tego Urząd Pracy zajmuje się obecnie nad przygotowaniem cyfrowej aplikacji w oparciu o projekt ustawy i podczas tej pracy nie można złożyc podania o obniżenie etatu zatrudnienia na stronie internetowej Urzędu Pracy.
Wyślemy powiadomienie, gdy aplikacja na internetowej stronie Urzędu Pracy będzie gotowa, a osoby ubiegające się o obniżony etat zatrudnienia będą mogły złożyć wniosek. Pamiętać należy, że wszystkie wnioski będą obowiązywać z mocą wsteczną od 15 marca.
Urząd Pracy apeluje o cierpliwość z powodu dużego obciążenia, zachęcamy do śledzienia zmian informacyjnych na stronie interetowej Urzędu Pracy.
