Senior Product Operations Specialist

CCP is looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist to join our core technology group.

You will work closely with the Development Director of Platform, interfacing with the engine, runtime, and tools teams. You will play a critical role in unifying documentation on our CARBON Engine and tooling, helping to document & build processes as well as rolling out operational improvements.

Initially you will focus on a proposal for how we can consistently deliver outcomes to our open-source community through healthy feedback loops and optimal workflows. Building and executing a workflow for how we internally handle pull-requests from the community.

Your tasks:
Research, propose, execute, and manage improvements to how we interface and collaborate with our open-source community.
Own the release management process of CARBON both internally and externally.
Work with the Platform teams to gather & create clear and concise documentation to share publicly with each engine release.
Act as a liaison between the development teams and the open-source community. Facilitating communication and feedback loops, ensuring community inputs are considered in product development.
Host and prepare studio level meetings such as Show and Tells, and Playtests. Bring the hype!
Work alongside Platform Leadership for planning, meeting minutes, and follow ups.
Configure, investigate, and provide solutions in our project management tooling such as Jira and Confluence.

Your profile:
Degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Analytics or equivalent experience
A passion for product management, processes, and organizational improvement.
Able to deliver on direction and drive change through partnership and influence.
Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
