Task:
• Hotel Hjalteyri is looking for an individual that will deliver excellent customer service as well as ensuring that employees working under them, work to their best abilities to give the guests the best care possible and maintain excellence in service. The main objective of the job is taking care of sales, reservations, accounting and ensuring hotel standards. The individual will need to be willing to help with cleaning of rooms and common areas, retaining the outdoor area, checking in and out guests as well as taking care of the breakfast buffet and be a part of the whole operation of the hotel.

Education and experience required:
• Masters degree in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent degree
• A minimum of 1 year experience working in the hospitality industry

Intellectual abilities:
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good leadership, hard working and a team player

Language:
• English
• Russian is a plus

Personality characteristics:
• Must be responsible, attentive and organized. Able to adapt to different situations and problem-solving.

Working hours and salary:
• Working hours are flexible and according to agreement
• Salary is according to collective agreement
