Senior Software Engineer

CCP Games is looking for an experienced software developer in the art of Go.

You will work within the Blockchain & Infrastructure pillar of EVE Frontier, a new AAA game title set within the EVE universe.

The position is located in Reykjavík.

Your tasks:
Collaborating with a team of skilled and passionate professionals to co-create a game world
Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications primarily using the Go programming language
Familiarity with other technologies like Terraform, AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, Bash, TypeScript, Solidity, etc.
Writing maintainable, well-tested, well-documented, open-source code
Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Your profile:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
5+ years of professional programming experience ideally with a background in Golang equivalent.
Good, collaborative, modern software engineering practices
Fluency in English, as a native speaker or second language.
Enthusiastic about technology, good products, and gaming
