Marketing Analyst
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Analyst to join our high-performing team at CCP Games.
This role is critical in driving data-driven marketing strategies for our free-to-play games-as-a-service (GaaS) portfolio. You will leverage your expertise in marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and data visualization to uncover actionable insights that directly influence player acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
Your Tasks:
Marketing Analytics:
Design and implement frameworks to measure campaign performance, player acquisition efficiency, retention rates, and ROI.
Build predictive models and segmentation analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop actionable insights by analyzing player behavior, funnel metrics, and marketing KPIs.
Campaign Optimization:
Partner with the Performance Advertising team to optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, including A/B testing and iterative creative improvements.
Work closely with the Creative Services team to ensure data informs creative strategies, aligning messaging with target audience insights.
Collaborate with Customer Lifecycle Management to refine CRM strategies and optimize re-engagement and monetization campaigns.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media across multiple channels, CRM, and lifecycle marketing.
Experience with campaign optimization techniques such as A/B testing and multivariate testing.
A minimum of 3 years’ of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in gaming or ecommerce industry.
