Producer

CCP Iceland is looking for an experienced Producer for our art team with a deep passion for video games, strong artistic background, and demonstrable leadership to deliver a quality product to our players!

You will be working with our in-game art team, responsible for defining and delivering projects for the live game EVE Online. This will require a high level of leadership, organizational skills, people skills, and cross project management as you will be working across multiple departments such as Development, Publishing and Monetization to deliver the final result.

You are:
A creative individual with demonstrable leadership skills in both production and people management related techniques
Able to manage departmental and team logistics of planning and executing department owned project, as well are partnerships with external teams
A clear communicator of expectations and able to translate strategy to execution
Able to drive a project from opportunity through delivery to players
A customer centric team player
Able to make expectations clearly known and delegate effectively

Your responsibilities:
Lead the production and project management duties for your projects, responsible for the quality and timely delivery of features.
Eliminate roadblocks in processes and people at a project and team level
Consistent and clear communication of project status, timeline, risks and mitigations to Senior Production and Stakeholders
Contribute & collaborate with team’s cross departments & discovering new ideas and opportunities
Be the direct line manager to the multi-discipline members of your team responsible for performance and career growth.

You have:
3+ years production experience within the art or video game industry
Experience with art pipelines (art skillset or technical skillset), outsourcing, and leading projects/requests from start to finish
Demonstrable leadership skills to set and execute on team direction and standards
Ability to self-manage tasks in parallel to managing the work of others
Proven ability to effectively partner with cross-functional disciplines. Able to influence effectively where there is no direct authority.
Great passion for games; you love to play and understand gaming!
