Assistant to hairdresser

Jad Mar Salon is seeking a hairdresser assistant.

As a Salon Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and supporting our stylists and clients.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Prepare clients for services, including shampooing, conditioning, and drying
Maintain a clean and organized salon area, including sweeping, disinfecting, and stocking supplies
Assist stylists with client care and support throughout appointments
Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage booking requests as needed
Contribute to inventory management by restocking products and tracking supply needs

Requirements:

Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy salon setting
Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment is a plus, but not required
English language skills required.
Arabic and Portugese language skills are considered an advantage.

Full time job, working hours 09:00-17:00

Wages in accordance with collective agreements with Efling union.
