Welder/Iron Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welder and Ironworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural metal components in various projects. The position requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Welding & Fabrication: Perform high-quality welding, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, on a variety of metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Ironwork: Fabricate, assemble, and install steel beams, girders, columns, and other structural components.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams to ensure precise welding and fabrication.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
Maintenance: Maintain and repair tools and equipment as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside other tradespeople and project managers to ensure the timely and quality completion of projects.
Site Visits: Travel to job sites as required to complete installations and repairs.

Requirements:

Experience as a welder and/or ironworker is an advantage
Skills: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, as well as the ability to use cutting torches, grinders, and other fabrication tools.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is required (clean driving record).
Criminal Record: No criminal record (background checks will be conducted).
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., welding certifications) are an advantage
Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Reliability: Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to quality work.
