Financial and Operations Manager

Erlent ehf. is looking for an experienced and driven Financial and Operations Manager to join our team and lead the financial and operational aspects of our company. Our company is located in Dalvík, in a village in the contryside of Northern Iceland.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure growth and sustainability.
Manage daily operations, including logistics, procurement, and administrative functions.
Monitor company performance and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and operational success.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience in financial management is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, accounting principles, and budget management. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
